Are treatments included in the Care Programs?
No. Your Care Program includes professional assessments, monitoring, and personalized recommendations. If treatments or specialized services are recommended, they'll be quoted separately so you only pay for the work your landscape actually needs. Enhanced and Complete members receive Preferred Member Pricing on recommended arborist services.
Can I request a one-time consultation?
Absolutely. If you're looking for professional advice without ongoing care, you can schedule a Professional Arborist Consultation. If you later enroll in a Care Program within 30 days, your consultation fee will be credited toward your first year's membership.
Do I have to own a large property?
Not at all. We work with everything from a single valuable tree or privacy hedge to large residential properties with extensive landscapes. Every property can benefit from professional arborist guidance.
What happens during my first visit?
We'll walk your property together, discuss your goals and concerns, evaluate the health and condition of your trees and hedges, and provide personalized recommendations. You'll also receive a written summary of our findings.
How often will you visit my property?
That depends on the Care Program you choose. Essential includes one annual visit, Enhanced includes two seasonal visits, and Complete includes three seasonal visits. Future visits are scheduled by Woodland Arborist at the appropriate time of year.
What happens after I enroll?
After you schedule your initial assessment, we'll evaluate your property and establish your ongoing care plan. If you enroll in a Care Program, future visits will be scheduled by Woodland Arborist and your membership will renew annually.

Every property is unique. Following your assessment, we may recommend specialized tree care solutions based on the health, condition, and long-term goals for your landscape. These recommendations are always tailored to your property and may include anything from monitoring and preventive care to more specialized arboricultural solutions.
